These Terms apply to you if you are: a medical practitioner or healthcare provider wishing to partner with or already partnering with Us, including designated associates of such practitioners; a patient, their representatives, or affiliates; or any other user of the Website (“You,” “Your,” or “User”).

Disclaimers and Warranties

Ruaesthetics does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will operate in combination with your devices or meet your requirements. The Platform may be subject to limitations, delays, and other issues inherent in the use of communication facilities.
Refunds Policy
By booking an appointment through our Website/Application, you agree to pay the applicable fees. If you cancel an appointment more than 3 days in advance, you may request a reschedule, subject to availability. Refunds are at Ruaesthetics’ discretion. In the event of a refund denial, the fee paid will be retained as a cancellation charge.
General
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive that provision. These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements, form the entire agreement between you and Ruaesthetics regarding the Platform/Services.
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will still apply.
Acceptance
By clicking the ‘I Accept’ button, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by them.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are owned by Ruaesthetics or third parties. These marks are protected by law, and you may not alter or obscure them without permission. Ruaesthetics owns all rights to the Platform and its content.

Advertisements
